it’s the crispy edges for me though 👀🤤 Smoked sal it’s the crispy edges for me though 👀🤤 Smoked salmon & chilli crisp breakfast quesadilla 🌶️🍳🧀 Recipe below ↓ Ingredients 🧾 250g smoked salmon (cut into strips) 🐟 6 free range eggs 🍳 35ml double cream 🥛 100g mature cheddar (grated) 🧀 150g spinach 🌿 Chopped chives 🌱 Spring onions 🧅 Chilli crisp 🌶️ 4 large tortillas 🌮 Butter or oil 🧈 Method 🍳 Butter, chilli crisp and cheese into a pan → let it go golden 🔥 Add chives, spring onion and spinach → cook until wilted 🌿 Whisk eggs with cream → pour into the pan 🥣 Cook gently for 2 minutes until just set ⏱️ Lay tortilla over the top → press down 🌮 Flip onto a plate → return to pan tortilla-side down → crisp 🔥 Add smoked salmon + a little more cheese 🐟🧀 → fold Finish with extra chives, chilli crisp and a squeeze of lime 🍋🌶️ Serve hot 😮‍🔥 #smokedsalmonrecipe #quesadillarecipe #highproteinbreakfast #brunchathome #easybrunchideas
